WaSphere is a self-hosted, open-source platform. The software itself does not collect or transmit any data to us. All data — WhatsApp sessions, messages, contacts, API keys — is stored exclusively on your own infrastructure.

This marketing site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate, anonymous traffic — which pages are popular and how visitors find us — so we can improve the site. GA4 sets first-party cookies (e.g. _ga) and collects usage data such as pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, and device/browser type. IP addresses are anonymized by Google, and the data is processed by Google under its Privacy Policy. We never sell your data or use it to identify you personally.

You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser. Server access logs (IP addresses, request paths) are retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
