What it sends

The moment an order is placed, the customer gets a branded WhatsApp message — with a tappable poll to confirm or cancel, which tags the order in Shopify.
Shipping updates
On fulfilment, a message goes out with the courier name and a real tracking link.
Cancellation alerts
If an order is cancelled, the customer hears it from you first — with the reason.
Abandoned checkout recovery
A timed WhatsApp nudge to a shopper who left, with an optional discount code generated for them.
Draft order recovery
Unpaid invoices get a follow-up carrying the payment link.
Back-in-stock alerts
Shoppers ask to be told when a sold-out variant returns, confirm by replying, and get messaged the moment it restocks.
Review requests
A request sent a set number of days after delivery, when the customer actually has the product.
